The experience at Cafe Madriz in West Yellowstone was exceptional! Once I had tasted the saffron infused rice with seafood, it was an instantaneous "can't get enough of this" food addiction. My only regret is that I had not sought it out earlier in life. The chef at Cafe Madriz definitely knows how to please the palate with fare fit for royalty!June 12, 2016
